We recently closed a $300 million employee tender offer that values ElevenLabs at $22 billion, double our valuation at our Series D in February. The round was led by Wellington and T. Rowe Price, long-term institutional investors with the experience our next stage of growth requires.

In 2022, we raised our first round at a $9 million valuation, which we announced alongside Eleven v1, our first Text to Speech model, and the first model to cross the uncanny valley of speech. Four years later, as we reach our new valuation, we just released two new state-of-the-art Text to Speech models. Eleven v4 and v4 Turbo are our fastest and most emotive models yet, which are already leading independent benchmarks.

Alongside models, we have built a full interaction platform for AI. It allows organizations to deploy conversational agents, connected to their knowledge and systems, that interact naturally in any industry, geography, or context. This shift is driving much of our growth, with enterprise now accounting for 55% of our revenue, as businesses adopt ElevenAgents to support their customers and employees. Our technology is now used in daily operations at five of the world’s ten largest tech companies, five of the ten largest insurers, and four of the ten largest telecoms.

“AI should interact with people the way we interact with each other,” said Mati Staniszewski, cofounder and CEO of ElevenLabs. “Getting this right will help ensure AI diffuses widely across the economy, and everyone is able to shape and benefit from it, regardless of technical skill. We’re already seeing rapid adoption of expressive voice agents by enterprises and governments, who are deploying them in service of consumers and citizens. As we grow, it’s important to us to let our people share in some of the value they are creating for our customers and the wider world.”

As part of the tender, EQT, Goldman Sachs, GIC, OTPP, Sapphire Ventures, and BDT & MSD invested in ElevenLabs for the first time, alongside existing investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Lightspeed, ICONIQ, D.E. Shaw, Evantic, DISRUPTIVE, and Alkeon.

The future of interaction with AI

The rate of AI adoption across the economy and society will be determined in large part by how well it interacts with people. AI is advancing quickly in areas like science, coding, and knowledge work, but there are many areas of daily life where interaction style matters as much as, if not more than, raw reasoning power.

Our goal is to build AI that is intuitive and trusted in everyday interactions with people, so everyone can benefit from this technology. Voice is a critical part of this effort: it's the fastest, most natural way for people to communicate, carrying far more meaning and identity than words alone. But making AI sound human is just the first step. Our aim now is to develop AI that understands context and interacts naturally in any setting.

It’s a hard technical challenge, which we tackle at three levels:

  • Research. We build AI models that speak, listen, and translate at a human level, in over 90 languages spoken natively by more than 5.5 billion people. We focus on developing models that power more expressive and accurate conversations, as well as versions that work naturally within specific industries and geographies. Eleven v4, our fastest and most emotive text-to-speech model yet, and Scribe v2 Medical, a transcription model optimized for healthcare, are the most recent results of that work.
  • Product. Because we understand how the models work best, we often build the application layer ourselves, optimizing models and products together to improve the expressiveness, latency, and reliability of interactions. Our fastest-growing product is ElevenAgents, our conversational agents platform. It enables organizations to deploy AI that listens, understands, responds, and acts naturally across every interaction with a customer, employee, citizen, or fan.
  • Deployment. Social norms around interaction are extremely local. They’re shaped by language, culture, industry, brand, and the specific people involved. Our forward-deployed engineers and researchers work with organizations to orchestrate and refine our models and agents for their specific conditions, rather than tweaking something indiscriminately designed for the average company.

By owning the full stack, we are able to quickly raise quality and increase the value delivered to every customer. Model improvements reach our customers immediately, and feedback from real deployments allows us to continually refine both the models and products.

“As ElevenLabs has grown its conversational agent business, the combination of research, product, and deployment has proved an important structural advantage,” said Emma Norchet at T. Rowe Price. “The team is able to make improvements at every layer of the stack, allowing them to execute at high velocity and deliver immediate value for its enterprise clients. The rapid growth of ElevenAgents is a testament to this.”

Voice agents in the enterprise

We raised our Series D in February 2026 with the goal of helping more companies adopt ElevenAgents. Since then, organizations like Stripe, Deutsche Telekom, DoorDash’s SevenRooms, Admiral, Customers Bank, Cadence, and the governments of Ukraine and Greece have rolled out ElevenAgents across sales, support, and business operations.

Our agents now handle more than 15 million conversations every week, up 3x since February, resolving issues like handling refunds and exchanges, renewing insurance policies, upgrading phone plans, booking healthcare appointments, and accessing public services. Over the same period, ElevenAgents’ ARR has increased more than 3x.

Voice is the easiest way for people to communicate, so voice agents often deliver the best experience for customers and employees. In our own business, people share far more information about their existing problems and requirements with our voice agents, and a recent analysis of our customers showed voice agents resolve issues 31% faster than chat agents on average.

Customer journeys, however, often span multiple channels. A single support conversation might start on WhatsApp, move to a phone call, and lead to an email follow-up. Businesses use our platform to connect all the touchpoints a customer has with an organization, gathering context to build a richer, more personalized experience. Since February, the number of companies rolling out multichannel support with ElevenAgents has doubled.

Interaction patterns, nomenclature, safeguards, and compliance standards also vary significantly by industry. We’ve built verticalized agent solutions for financial services, healthcare, government, retail, and telecom companies. In each case, we develop domain-specific products and integrations, and then fine-tune and orchestrate the models for the needs of the industry. Our industry-specialist deployment engineers work with customers to create customized solutions for their brand and context.
